At Madison Community Management, we strive to help you find affordable housing without the stress. We know the stresses caused by looking for a new place to call home, whether it be location, is utilities included, price, and is my beloved pet going to be welcome. We have many different options, and can make plans to help you find the right fit for you, in your situation.

What do we do different.

Our expert staff will work hand in hand with you to find, a unit that will meet your needs, in size, but will also work with you to make sure you can make a sound financial decision so that you are not going to be in over your head in debt. We customize our leases to meet your needs. With our online tenant portal, you will be able to make maintenance request, review your current lease, make on-line rent payments, view up coming rent charges, and re-new your lease online.

How our process works.

1. Look at available units.

   Once we have your application, and back-ground, Credit Score, our Property Manager will be in contact with you to look at our available units, or will give you an access code to look at the apartment yourself.

2. Submit your application.

   
   You can find our current open units available for immediate move-in. Or you can place your application online, and we will contact you to discuss what will soon be available.
    
3. Back-Ground check, and Credit Score.
   
   Just because you have a back ground, or a low credit score does not mean we will not rent to you. This allows us to form a big picture analysis to help you form the best decision possible. We don't want you to lose the place you call home, so we work together to make sure your decision is what is best for your situation.
    
4. Lease Signing
   
   Once you have decided on your new place, our Property Manager will design a lease to meet your needs. Once the lease is designed, you will be able to come into the office, or sign your new lease in the comfort of your own place. We do not require you to be sitting in the office to sign a new lease, with our e-signature program, you can be lying in bed, or in line to pick the kids up from school and sign your new lease.
